1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DRAEZN mobile application and DRAEZN Connect web platform (together, "the Platform"), operated by DRAEZN Pty Ltd (ABN 38 695 078 427) ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

3. Account registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at dylan@draezn.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Athletes joining through a club invite code are linked to that coach's DRAEZN Connect account. By accepting an invite, you agree to your readiness data being visible to your coach through the Platform.

4. Permitted use

You may use the Platform for your personal training, competition preparation, and coaching activities in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• →Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• →Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Platform's systems or infrastructure
• →Share your account credentials with others
• →Reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the Platform or its content
• →Use the Platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorised content

5. Subscriptions and payments

DRAEZN Connect is a paid subscription service for coaches. Pricing and billing terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are charged in Australian dollars.

Athlete access is provided through a club subscription managed by the coach. Athletes do not pay separately within the mobile app.

Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact dylan@draezn.com to request a refund.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding within the Platform — including the DRAEZN character, name, and visual identity — are the intellectual property of DRAEZN Pty Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence to use our intellectual property outside of normal Platform use.

7. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is a preparation and accountability tool. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or psychological support. We make no warranty that use of the Platform will improve athletic performance or competition outcomes.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRAEZN Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of performance outcomes, or any other harm.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting dylan@draezn.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
