DRAEZN Pty Ltd (ABN 38 695 078 427) operates the DRAEZN mobile application and DRAEZN Connect web platform (together, "the Platform"). References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to DRAEZN Pty Ltd.

2. What information we collect
Information you provide directly:
- →Name, email address, and password when you create an account
- →Athletic profile information including belt rank, competitive level, and training schedule
- →Training session data, mental state check-ins, and competition results that you log within the Platform
- →Coach and club information provided during coach onboarding
Information collected automatically:
- →Device type and operating system
- →App usage data including session frequency and feature interactions
- →Push notification delivery and open data
Information we do not collect:
- →We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed separately and securely outside the app.
- →We do not collect sensitive health data beyond what you voluntarily enter as part of the mental state check-in feature.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- →Operate and deliver the Platform, including the Daily Readiness Cycle and DRAEZN Connect dashboard
- →Send push notifications related to your training schedule and competition preparation
- →Improve the Platform based on usage patterns
- →Communicate with you about your account and Platform updates
- →Comply with our legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Who we share information with
Coaches and clubs: If you join a club via an invite code, your training logs, mental state data, and readiness information will be visible to your coach through DRAEZN Connect. This visibility is a core feature of the Platform. By accepting a club invite, you consent to this sharing.
Service providers: We use third-party services to operate the Platform, including Supabase for data storage. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to keep it secure.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.
5. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:

- →Withdraw consent to data processing (where processing is based on consent)

8. Children
DRAEZN is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with their information, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles apply to our handling of personal information.
